This whistleblowing platform enables employees and stakeholders (external staff, employees of service providers or subcontractors, suppliers, shareholders and representatives of civil society) to report any serious problem so that we can remedy it. These alerts may constitute a crime or misdemeanour, a serious and manifest violation of the law or regulations, a threat to the general interest or a breach of the code of conduct, in particular the existence or risk of serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the health and safety of individuals and the environment.

Definition of a whistleblower and description of the facts :
A whistleblower is a natural person who reports or discloses, without financial consideration and in good faith, information concerning a crime, a misdemeanour, a threat or harm to the general interest, a violation or attempted concealment of a violation of international or European Union law, statute or regulation.
As such, the facts that are the subject of the alert must be presented in an objective and factual manner, highlighting their presumed nature, and present a direct link with the subject of the alert.

Whistleblower protection :
It's not always easy to make a report, which is why we have implemented a process designed to ensure strict confidentiality, impartial and diligent handling, protection against retaliation and compliance with national legislation.

Anonymity: You can remain anonymous. In this case, please do not give any information about your personal data.

Alert processing :
Depending on the category, alerts launched via this platform will be processed by Jacobi Group Ethics Committee
If the person handling your alert is involved in the report, you can choose :

Process :
Once an alert has been registered on the platform, the people authorized to handle alerts on the platform confidentially verify the facts reported, in order to determine whether the alert is admissible and to make an informed decision on the action to be taken.
The author of the alert will be kept informed of its progress via an anonymous online discussion forum. This area also provides an opportunity for clarification and exchange with case managers. Information concerning access to this area should be carefully stored in a secure location. 
Processing times are as follows: 

Data retention: If the allegations contained in the alert are inaccurate or the alert has become irrelevant, the alert will be closed. The author of the alert will be informed in writing that the file has been closed.

This system is hosted by a service provider who has no access to the data, but guarantees its operation.
